excel export from fyi supports more than 65K rows

Users can now Export to EXCEL using FYI to export more than 65,536 rows.
EXCEL2007 and above will now create .xlsx files.

If using EXCEL2003, the older .xls file is still created and limited to 65,536 rows.
Technical Note: File format for Excel 2007 and above was changed to "Default" instead of "Normal".

You now have the option to add Travel Time hours as a Service Order line item if using Technician Time Tracking.
