2019 User Conference Review
After the overwhelming success of our conference in 2018, we decided to do it again this past April in 2019. Adding to the format of last year’s event, in 2019 we added a half-day to focus on the training you requested most as a result of last year’s survey. Over 90% of conference attendees also joined us for our Workshop Wednesday sessions!
While at the Marriott Evergreen Conference Resort in Stone Mountain, Georgia, twenty-four sessions were held updating users and administrators on many topics including: E-Commerce, Cloud Applications, Reports Customization, and Inventory Management while introducing you, and giving you direct access to, SouthWare developers, owners, and Subject-Matter Experts. As an added bonus, by attending, you were provided special limited-time discounts and access to all presentation materials. In addition, we held our first Genius Panel where long-time users of SouthWare shared their motivations and successes with how SouthWare has met and exceeded their everyday business needs.
2019 was a continuation of the experiences of 2018 while avoiding a sophomore slump! The good news is, your attendance reaffirmed our vision for this annual meeting. Client feedback is imperative in how we can shape future user conferences to better meet your needs by adding additional tracks, extending the training sessions, and providing workshops based on user-level. We made great strides in making the 2019 more robust and catered to your needs, and have great insight in where we’ll lead in 2020.
