2018 User Conference Review
We knew we had a lot to share with you and many of you came. For two days, we held the SouthWare Partner Alliance 2018 User Conference; the first conference of its kind bringing together SouthWare developers, partners, and clients for opportunities in networking, learning, discussion, and training.
Gathered at the Marriott Evergreen Conference Resort in Stone Mountain, Georgia, twenty-two sessions were held updating users and administrators on many topics including: E-Commerce, Cloud Applications, Forms Customization, and Inventory Management while introducing you, and giving you direct access to, SouthWare developers, owners, and Subject-Matter Experts. As an added bonus, by attending, you were provided special limited-time discounts and access to all presentation materials.
Based on client feedback, the event was an overwhelming success where we were able to increase your understanding of SouthWare, enabling you to access more of its functionality to serve your long-term business goals. According to you, we almost achieved perfect scores across the board! The good news is, this is only the beginning.
Client feedback has also provided us assistance in how we can shape future user conferences to better meet your needs by adding additional tracks, extending the training sessions, and providing workshops based on user-level. These are all great ideas and we look forward to implementing them, and many more, in the near future.
