The SouthWare Partner Alliance is proud to present the 2021 Winter Training Series.  This season we will cover some great topics and include some opportunities for customers to learn from each other in our customer roundtables.

SCHEDULE:
Fully Integrated Service Management

• November 11, 2021 2 PM ET (2 hrs)
• Join us for a discussion on the fully integrated nature of SouthWare Service Management. Learn how a single system can manage all aspects of your business, without needing external products from multiple vendors.  If you sell a product needing ongoing service, the sale information and warranty detail are available without further input.  If you need formal Job Costing for a construction division, then the service module is also fully incorporated.

• In the never-ending war between convenience and safety, we will help your IT support and your end-users reach détente by illustrating how you have the tools you need within Southware to empower your end-users to get their jobs down without inconvenience while permitting your IT staff to efficiently monitor and control the system.
   
  During this session we will also discuss how to negotiate security concerns of your broader network and manage efficient operation of Southware.
   
  Key issues covered will include:  VPNs, user logins and operators, logging and auditing, and permission setting.

• Prerequisite: Please watch Boot Camp Videos (video link provided with resources after you register for training series)
• The BootCamp video is a thorough overview of the basic functions and features in Southware  The video will teach you how these features are setup and accessed by users.  Hopefully, this video will answer many of your SouthWare questions.  If you still have questions, this session is for you.  Join the SouthWare partners for this question and answer session.  in this interactive session, we will be taking your questions and discussing how to configure and use SouthWare to run your business efficiently and profitably.​
